I can't remember whether it's been 3 or 4 years since we first signed our contract with Carolina Creations, but I do know it was in the early stages of your service at Ocean Ridge. Yes, we've had a few complaints over the years, and you and your guys have listened patiently and taken care of every one. Several times I've tried to call you to express our satisfaction personally but, our schedules don't seem to coincide so we just leave messages back & forth. We both wish to thank you and your crews for all of the great work you've been doing. It has been a real pleasure watching your busines grow and also marvelling at how you have been incorporating all of the additional care features we want and need into your service. As I'm sure we discussed back when we first signed on, we needed more than just lawn mowing - and that's about all the "competition" was willing to do. Thanks for taking such good care of the outside of our home. The professionalism the entire Carolina Creations Staff is very much appreciated. We wish you continued success and prosperity and hope you'll have time one day stop by and have a cup of coffee and accept our thanks personally.
Sincerely, I wanted you to know how beautiful we feel the yard turned out. From your drawing board to the finished product you have done a stupendous job. Working with you was like having someone finish my sentences before my mind had finished the thought. All your crew were great to work with and did a wonderful job. When they encountered a problem they searched for a solution and always seem to find one. They were courteous and efficient, just a pleasure to work with at all times. Carolina Creations has our stamp of approval!!!! A company that was prompt from the beginning and professional to the end. Jeanette Finn Residence Oak Island, NC Over the past two years you have been assisting us with our landscaping needs and lawn care maintenance for our home in Ocean Ridge Plantation. During the construction phase of our home we considered your services. At that time we decided to accept the proposal from another landscaping company. This turned out to be the one major error we made in completing our home. We have suffered the consequences of this decision over the past two years and have now replaced almost all of our original landscaping using your excellent company. I am writing this letter to thank you and to express our great satisfaction with your assistance in replacing the landscaping. The redesign work and the plant materials you have used have resulted in a new and beautiful landscape. We continually receive complements from our neighbors and other friends regarding the new work. We obviously have made a large investment in these changes and your quality work is worth the investment. Kay and John Cary 520 Dartmoor Way Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469 Carolina Creations has been the landscaping contractor for The Landing at Southport, CSA for the past two years. During that time, we have seen substantial improvements in the appearance of the property. Many of our owners and even real estate agents have commented on this improvement. The staff of Carolina Creations is quite easy to work with and is very client friendly. Whenever I have asked them to do some additional work, the task is completed almost immediately. The Landing has experienced an increase in sales activity in the last year that I am sure is related to the appearance of the property. When Hurricane Charley struck the area on a Saturday in August, Carolina Creations had The Landing completely cleaned up by Monday afternoon. While the rest of Southport looked like a hurricane had struck, The Landing was back to normal. The Landing is so pleased with the performance of Carolina Creations that we did not seek competitive bids for the upcoming landscaping contract. We have no reason to change from a top performer.

Chair, Facilities Committee The Landing at Southport, CSA 910-454-7430 As the President of the Board of Directors of Indigo Village TownHomes Association, in Indigo Plantation, Southport, I am pleased to provide the following reference for Carolina Creations: "Carolina Creations has been our contracted landscaping and grounds maintenance service provider since December 1, 2003. They took over the work for our neighborhood after the prior contract (with XXXXX) was terminated prior to its scheduled expiry date. When Carolina Creations began to service the Village, the grounds and related shrubbery were in a very unsatisfactory state, with numerous damaged turf areas and overgrown ground cover in many places. Beginning in January, 2004, Carolina Creations also began an off-season clean-up and clean-out program for the surrounding wooded common areas that has had a major positive impact on the appearance of the Village, at no additional cost to the Association. This program will be completed during the coming 2004/5 off-season, again scheduled and specced out to meet the identified needs at the least additional cost. Grooming and resurrecting of the turf and front common area landscaped areas has been handled extremely well with many favorable comments being received from residents, visitors and local real estate brokers. The Board of the Association believes that Carolina Creations' work has contributed significantly to the substantial increase in Village Unit sales during the late Spring and Summer months as well as to the attraction of rental tenants to our neighborhood. We look forward to renewing our contract with Carolina Creations when it comes up for re-bid in November and also expending the current scope of service to include additional seasonal plantings and ground cover in the entrance and other areas. Carolina Creation's principal officer, Art Miller has been most cooperative during the past year and all of his staff have been friendly, courteous and responsive to resident concerns." I trust this reference will be sufficient for your purposes and you may tell any prospective customer that they may contact me with any further questions they may have regarding our program or the foregoing reference.
